Tesla Owners Switzerland

The Tesla Owners Switzerland association was formed in 2026 from the merger of Tesla Owners Club Switzerland and Tesla Owners Club Helvetia.

Swiss Tesla Owners Club 2012–2025

In the summer of 2012, the Swiss Tesla Owners Club was founded by six enthusiastic Tesla drivers – all Roadster owners at the time.

The founders were:
Karin Aeschlimann, Giovanni Cerfeda, Nico Decurtins, Andreas von Sprecher, Pierre Uhl, Oliver Weidmann

The second generation of Tesla cars has been on Swiss roads since August 2013: the Model S saloon. An eye-catcher that definitely proves that the age of electric cars has also begun in Switzerland. Since then, the Model X SUV (with gull-wing doors) and, in February 2019, the slightly smaller brother of the Model S, the Model 3, have been added. The Model Y followed in 2021 and has been produced in Berlin since 2022.

TESLA OWNERS CLUB HELVETIA 2018-2025

On 21 October 2018, the initiators Armin Zeder, Martin Haudenschild, Diego Dudli, Mike Boch, Henning Frey and Gabriela Sargeant gathered on Mont Soleil to found the association. This symbolic founding location, with its wind farm and solar power plant, epitomises the club’s philosophy.

All founding members are long-standing and committed TESLA drivers who wanted to share their enthusiasm for e-mobility and sustainable energy concepts with the Swiss population.

In addition to our social and political commitment, we want to organise interesting and exciting events for our members and the public.
We also want to exchange ideas with other clubs and organisations and be a point of contact for authorities and the media.

We also consider the collection and dissemination of facts, as well as the transfer of knowledge and insights on the topics of electric mobility and renewable energies, to be an important task for our club.
